We recently hired Les Belliveau and his team (which includes his daughters) to sell my mother's house in Fremont (the Glenmoor neighborhood) in March 2026, and he did a fantastic job from start to finish. He provided sound advice on things such as the listing price, the online description of the home and photos, what to fix or remodel, and staging the home to take it over the top. Les Belliveau was able to get us multiple bids on the house, and then get the house into escrow in one week.
