Beacon Homecare addresses my concern well most especially Maria and the rest of the staff. They are very courteous and very professional. They never missed greeting and giving me gifts on my birthday , employment anniversary, christmas and even awarded me as Employee of the Month. They know how to value their employees and making them feel special and appreciated.

I'm really impressed by how their staff is so responsive. They don't serve Sunnyvale where I needed help for my father (just outside if their area centered in Fremont), but they went out of their way to find another provider in my area and emailed all the contact information. Very professional and really care to help people. Thanks so much!
