BBQ & Sizzle Food Truck always exceeds my expectations! Weather I order food in the afternoon, evening, or night the food quality is always amazing. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, this place is always a hit and never misses the mark. Every bite is packed with such unique flavors, it does not feel like I am in the bay area. Every order comes in generous portions, well worth the price. The meats are tender and juicy, flavored to perfection, and the sides are just as delicious. BBQ & Sizzle has friendly service and a welcoming open atmosphere. The staff is incredibly helpful, and will give you honest recommendations and you can tell they take pride in the quality of their food. Whether you're craving classic BBQ or looking to try something new, this food truck delivers on both taste and quality. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by BBQ & Sizzle Food Truck—you won't be disappointed. I come here alot and it has always satisfied my craving and hunger. Hands down the most amazing brisket sandwich and burger we've had!! Juicy, flavorful, meat done just right 👍. Man, one of the best dinners in a while!! 🍽️.

This place is bomb! 10/10 I would highly recommend! Since its only been a couple days of it being open they had limited options on the menu right now. I got a double wagyu smashburger, wagyu brisket, and fries. The 2nd time I went I got the Pittmasters Roll Sandwhich and it was incredible, its the best item! The meat was soo soft, tender, and succulent. Definitely get the burnt ends mac & cheese it's insanely good!! fries were soo crispy and delicious and had some unique seasoning on them. Once more of the options are available, I know the other things are also going to be soo tasty! I will definitely be coming back!

Phenomenal food. I’ve had the opportunity to try halal brisket and American BBQ from multiple places and vendors but honest to god, the brisket at BBQ & Sizzle has been the best I’ve had so far. The meat is extremely tender and the serving size is fair. The Pitmaster’s Roll is loaded with brisket, the tex-mex bowl (with brisket) has a great balance of flavors, and the chili cheese fries are cheesy and filling. Would highly recommend!

Drove by and saw the bbq sign and then caught a wiff of the food. Ordered the beef rib with a side of chili and both were superb! The chili had smoked brisket in it which enhanced the flavor even more. The owner also let me try a side of smoked pastrami which was out of this world!
