I got my license today, and I couldn’t have done it without John’s excellent guidance! I took a 1-hour preparation course with him before my driving test, and his instructions were clear, precise, and incredibly helpful. What stood out the most was the way he encouraged me in every circumstance, which gave me the confidence I needed. His positive attitude and support made a huge difference, and I truly believe all instructors should be like that. Highly recommend John and this institute to anyone preparing for their driving test!

I recently had my behind-the-wheel test and booked a lesson with Omar beforehand. I'm so glad I did! Omar was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, not only providing me with valuable driving tips and feedback but also assisting me with the appointment documents. During the hour-long lesson, Omar was patient and supportive, helping me to feel more confident and comfortable behind the wheel. He gave me clear instructions and helped me identify areas where I needed to improve, which was incredibly valuable.

I booked a behind the wheel test with Bay Pass. They were super professional and Omar helped me with some critical things to look for during the hour long mock session in a very calm, knowledgeable and optimistic way. Fully recommend Bay Pass and Omar for driving lessons and/or behind the wheel test.
