My experience at Bay Auto Group was outstanding. Mind you i came in with an infant 5 days old and Franco did everything in his power to get me in and out asap and happy as a clam. Franco saved me a trip to Manteca to get a car that was over priced and too many miles. He was very knowledgeable of my car needs and set me up with a great Ford Escape. My credit was not as good as i thought but thanks to Franco he helped me get financed with a payment that was below my budget and gave me some tips and pointers to boost my credit. I highly recommend that you purchase your next auto with Bay auto group and ask for Franco Servante. Truly a great experience.

I can say that everything down to the paperwork went very smoothly and accurately. I had no problem with anything. The guy at the front desk was awesome. He was very happy to have me as a customer and treated me with respect. If I had any concerns, he was open to hearing them and makes sure that if I had any problems that it would be addressed. I didn't see anything wrong with the car. The car was kept clean, the engine was brand new, all of the correct transfer were completely. Smog was done correctly. I can say that Bay Auto Group is a place I would recommend to someone else. Customer service is 100%. This was the first time I have EVER bought a car that was off the lot and not from cars that were owned from family. I am very pleased with my purchase. You can trust that the cars are sold as they are but with proof of car fax, well trustworthy. I got a great deal on my warrant protection, triple a insurance was a perfect match for me. Let's just say that even if your credit score is low he was extremely helpful with making sure I got the perfect match and the perfect deals very understanding company and will work with you so you can walk out with the best option.
