As a first time home buyer in the Bay Area, I knew nothing about the home buying process. I was already stressed out about being able to afford a home that checked off all of our requirements. When Andre stepped in, it was such a huge relief as he was there to guide us every step of the way in our search. We must have gone out in person to see over 50 homes in the last half year, and Andre was there for us every time with a huge smile on his face. You can tell he loves what he does. Not only did Andre help us secure our dream home (we ended up competing with multiple offers) he also was able to negotiate $7,500 credit toward closing costs. Additionally Andre very kindly took care of the deep cleaning of our home so we would be able to move in right away. Andre went above and beyond as our agent and we couldn't be more grateful for his help and expertise. I HIGHLY recommend him and Kim Ott.

Andre was great in everything, not only in showing homes, but also in getting us through the whole process step by step, recommending a wonderful finance specialist, being in touch anytime I had any questions. This was my first time purchasing a home, and I needed a lot of help, I feel like I asked a million questions, and got all my answers from Andre. My budget wasn't huge for the are I'm in, but I got a royal treatment from Andre and his financial associate, which I really appreciated, I was worried that "small fish" gets less attention. Andre was on the text, email or phone anytime I needed him (8am on the weekend and 11pm at night when urgent questions came up). I gave Andre a list of places I liked, and he created time efficient route to cover as many as we can each day. I liked that Andre provided me with new "just in" places, that went on the market, but did not show up on the public sites yet! I'm happy in my new home and plan to stay here for a long time, but when time comes to look for the next best thing - I know that Andre will be the first person I'll call. Hope he is still in business decades later 😊

I recently purchased a house in Union City, but the process wasn’t as easy as I hoped it would be. We came across some unexpected setbacks along the way, but Andre and Kim’s knowledge helped the process go through, I couldn’t have done it without their help. Andre is reliable, patient, prompt and easy to work with. He listened to my needs and did his best to make sure I found a property that fit most, if not all, my needs. It was a little bit of a journey to locate the home we've always wanted. Andre was there with us from the beginning, and he personally invested the time and effort to get to know exactly what we wanted, so the whole time I felt like he was part of my team. He stayed very patient throughout this lengthy process, and seemed just as happy as we were when we finally landed the home in Pleasanton. We really could not have done this without him. Thanks Andre!
