Horrible to say the least. Most unprofessional white collar representative I have ever seen. They do not know how to do their job. I had my business taxes done by them just because they were the previous owners accountant. They made several mistakes which cost us penalty whether it was filing payroll tax or sales tax. This year they told me we are gonna file the taxes in September and on the last minute they said we can’t file it because we are very tired. The level of unprofessional behavior is unbelievable. Maybe they don’t wanna work anymore because they’re nearing retirement. And not to forget that they overcharge you for everything. Really expensive with low grade work quality. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!

I cant even describe how horrible my experience was here. I needed my previous year tax papers, which they did not print out fully. They are required by Law to print out full tax papers and give to customers. They did not give me my papers. They overcharge for their services, and keep wanting more money everytime. They are one of the cheapest, rude, horrible people i have meet. All i ask for people who see this review is to stay away from them, go somewhere else. They should not even be in business.

Stay away from these people. They are fraudulent who want extra money for every little paper that should be included in tax services. Also they don’t give you you’re full tax papers after taxes are filled only a few papers so they can save paper. Please stay away and go somewhere else.
