If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely do not go to Dr. Besh as a provider if you have Ehlers Danlos. I went in as I was referred by my insurance to have me measured and my ring splint orthotics for my hands. When I contacted his office, his staff assured me he could help. I started to worry when I was told I would need a note from my doctor for him to mask during our appointment, when I made a small request for him to do so. Terrible first impression given he is a medical provider. During the appointment, not only did he continually cut me off, within two minutes he told me he couldn’t help me, after I’d waited an hour and a half to see him. He absolutely downplayed my needs for orthotics, recommended I should just buy plastic ones off Amazon and continuously replace them when they break. I have had to go through insurance to get what I need because of my job and metal allergies. I am disabled, I need durable medical equipment to manage my disability. I have been in this process for four months. THEN when I cried because he could not help me - I was deeply anxious about this appointment and have been through the wringer with my insurance to cover this - he grilled me about my anxiety, lectured me about what medications I should be taking and what medications I shouldn’t take (despite having a psychiatrist who is managing that), as if my chronic pain condition is caused by anxiety and sleep instead of, I don’t know, my body’s literal connective tissue disorder? Mind you, this was all in front of an assistant. His staff are wonderful. The assistant who witnessed all of this was deeply kind and allowed me a few extra minutes after the appointment to collect myself. Very grateful for that kindness, and deeply sorry they have to work for someone who clearly has no respect for patients, and by proxy his staff. I can’t imagine how bad it feels to see a patient breakdown like I did when your job is on the line. Deeply, deeply offended and humiliated by my visit and have filed a grievance with my insurance. Absolutely inappropriate behavior.

Stay away: he does not listen to your concerns and has a complex that gets in the way of his bedside manner. He does not note everything you tell him and will only write letters that highlight him in a certain manner. Just left this office after a disgusting encounter with Dr. Besh. My appointment was at 12:00 pm, and I didn’t get seen until 1:20 pm. This is the cadence to his visits and sometimes to therapy. I have waited 2 hours, 3 hours and nothing short of an hour. He doesn’t care, and his ego is as inflated as his medical exams and his notes. Before I begin, my background as a medical person started over 20+ years ago. I only go here because my lawyers had wanted me to see him. I see that it was a huge mistake. I’ve been complaining about pain and my hand freezing every single visit, and he has been ignoring my systems including pain going down my hand. I told him that I do agree with his notes and he immediately got mad. “I don’t change my notes” I told him that I am not asking him to, I am just saying that I did not agree that I didn’t have any neurological issues. He asked me why I didn’t say anything, and I quoted many times that I’ve told Anthony and that I told him after I saw therapy, that I had pain. He never put it in his notes. He got extremely mad at me and told me that I have “impuned” his work And that I needed to leave, he’s firing me and that if I don’t leave, he’s going to call police. I walked out and talked to Cait the front desk and let her know I want all therapy and all doctors notes sent to me right away. He treats his staff like chattol and often gets mad at them for his short comings, and when I visited the last time and waited over 1.5 hours, I heard yet another person angry at him. They were stating that he was not listening. I always wondered why people are yelling and screaming at him every once in awhile and now I know. I’ll update this after I speak with my lawyers and his office.

He’s been my hand surgeon for years. Really really like him! Very kind, serene, great listening skills, superb physician. (And if you want a cast to match your mother of the bride dress, he’ll gladly accommodate!)

I went there for my tennis Elbow and waited for almost 1 hrs from my allocated appointment time. Dr. Besh came and with in 2 mins he completed the checkup .. and I was left with no clue what happened. Adding to this, another shocker was the lady who came with paper she was trying to add medicines and trying to get more insurance money from me. Also when I request to have my setup with my local city therapy clinic, they didnt send anything to them nor they informed me about it. I was left with pain in tennis elbow and is unable to perform my day to day task. I wonder why I am paying my Insurance money to them for such a pathetic service and his staff are no cordial and rude too!!
