I found Barefoot Care while searching out a pedicure without whirlpools. I’m immunocompromised and don’t want to be exposed to staph or fungus. After a lot of googling, I came across “waterless pedicures” and was thrilled to find something near me. My feet haven’t been this soft since… ever? It was different than the usual pedicure experience, and the results are so much better. I’m so happy I found Barefoot Care and will definitely be a regular. Google Maps currently has an incorrect photo of the building (a house on a different street) so be weary of that. If you’re facing the building from the street, park on the left side and use the side entrance. Barefoot Care is the first door on the right.

I moved to a California from Georgia about 10 years ago. Before moving I had just been introduced to waterless pedicures. I appreciate how sanitary it is and healthier for the client and the person providing the service. I had found a place to go to but it was in San Francisco. I live in the East Bay so going to San Francisco was not convenient. They have since closed. I was having some ingrown toe nail issues as a result of improper care at some inferior salons. I am happy to have found Victoria at Barefoot Care. She has corrected the ingrown toe nail issue and provided such wonderful service. I won’t go anywhere else.

I recently tried a dry foot pedicure and was pleasantly surprised by how effective and comfortable the experience was. The salon was clean, calm, and had a very relaxing atmosphere. Victoria is incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole process feel effortless. Unlike traditional pedicures, there was no soaking involved, yet my feet felt incredibly smooth and well cared for. Even days later, they still feel fresh, and the results have lasted longer than I expected. I highly recommend booking with Victoria if you're looking for a no-soak pedicure that truly delivers.

I will never get a traditional pedicure again! There’s no way I could go back after such an amazing waterless (aka dry) pedicure from Victoria, who is very delightful. I love that she takes one client at a time in a private room, there’s no chemical smell, it was VERY clean, she sanitizes your shoes, and explains the entire process. She even provided a recommendation for foot cream to help with my dry skin. Victoria is super meticulous and detail oriented. She was very gentle and I enjoyed the quiet relaxing environment. My feet have never been this smooth and soft. The skin around my toes is soft and my cuticles look amazing. I booked my next appointment and plan to keep up with Victoria’s recommendation of once every four weeks.

Victoria is hands down THE BEST! I've been dealing with ingrown toenails for 15 years. I've tried countless methods, remedies, and different types of professional and medical services to try and get them under control. Nothing really worked until I started coming to see Victoria. She was able to get them feeling better after the first visit and has kept the issues away every since. She is an expert at what she does and a gem of a human being. I highly recommend Victoria if you're struggling with ingrown toenails like I was and you would like long term relief.
