She took care of my parents for many years and the nursing staff at the at the assisted care facility highly recommended her because she returned calls on weekends and after hours. I truly appreciate how thoroughly you reviewed my previous lab records and immediately ordered the necessary test I needed. I and my wife have you as our primary doctor. Dr Bala Annadurai is not just very knowledgeable, but also a very caring doctor. She is so accommodating; when there is an urgent need, she tries to squeeze you in and sees you, despite being very busy with existing and confirmed appointments. Always courteous and ready to greet you with a smile, which is so important, especially when the patient goes to a doctor with some degree of concern, worry or fear. There is truly a personal element and you feel you are not just a number. While she mitigates your fears or worry, she does not hide facts. Her diagnosis are spot on and her treatment plan is also catered to individual needs and constitution. It's not like one size fits all. She is truly a gem, as a good Doctor should be. Her front office staff is also prompt to answer your calls, they are all so courteous and polite and help you out genuinely.

I have been a patient of Dr. for her entire practice in Fremont. She listens to me and is concerned about me. I brought my ailments to her yesterday and she was thorough. Good Eye contact and I feel she cares for me and my well being. She even got me a referral to ortho that I was having trouble obtaining. I already received contact from Ortho following my appt and got an appt. Dr. addressed all my concerns with plans for solutions. Her office staff and her assistants are all professional and personable. Yesterday was a very good experience.
