I had a very negative experience with a pharmacist named Carlos at Bach Pharmacy North. During a recent interaction about my prescribed medication, he repeatedly interrupted me, raised his voice, and spoke in a dismissive and condescending manner. When I was trying to ask legitimate questions about refill timing and how to avoid gaps in my prescribed medication schedule, I was told it was “not his problem” and that it didn’t matter if I was in pain. I also asked for identifying information so I could file a complaint, and he refused to provide anything beyond his first name. This was not an isolated experience. In previous interactions, I have also had concerns dismissed regarding medication issues and safety questions, including a situation where I was trying to address a medication that was not working properly and was told to contact the manufacturer instead of receiving guidance. I understand pharmacies are busy and policies must be followed, but patients deserve respectful communication and appropriate counseling. Unfortunately, this experience made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable seeking help from this pharmacy again. I would avoid this pharmacy as the pharmacist is very unprofessional and rude

I am very disappointed with my repeated experiences at this pharmacy. I don’t understand how a pharmacy of this size can operate with such a lack of attention to detail. I have filled prescriptions here multiple times, and unfortunately, there has been an issue almost every time. My medications were mixed up on several occasions, and I was once even given the wrong medication. I selected in-store pickup, yet my prescription was mailed out instead, and the medication I received was not the one asked for. At one point, a staff member told me that the medication had already been mailed, but at the same time said that I “would not receive it.” When I asked for clarification, they were unable to explain how a mailed prescription would not be delivered. No clear explanation was given, and the staff did not seem concerned or acknowledge that this was a problem. This strongly suggests that a serious error had occurred, yet it was not handled appropriately. When I asked for an explanation overall, the staff were unable to provide any clear reason and handled the situation very casually, simply telling me to come in and pick up another box. More concerning was the staff’s attitude — they were very rude and unprofessional. Even when mistakes were clearly made, there was no apology and no sense of accountability. This is not a minor inconvenience — these are medications, which are extremely important to patients’ health and safety. I hope the management sees this review and takes it seriously. This is not a small issue, and I strongly hope improvements will be made to prevent this from happening again.

yeah, pretty much they have no non-binary gender options on their app and make me use my legal name to pick up my meds for my TRANSGENDER HEALTHCARE MEDICINE, instead of my preferred name i use everywhere else in the healthcare system. it's not better than the cvs except for the wait time, because there's never a line there and they don't misplace my meds. but also it's all the way across town. PROBABLY it will eventually be illegal to not respect my gender identity, but yeah, it certainly feels like a human rights violation to go there.

They do not deserve any stars. The Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Doctor was very very rude. I tried to explain to him my problem and situation. I spoke with one Tech on a Sunday and they told me they would have no problem delivering my medication. I called back on Monday and was told they would mail it out! I was upset and tried to explain that wasn’t what I was told. He started yelling at me and I said please listen to me, but he would not stop! I find their pharmacy technicians and doctors to be unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. I was only wanting to be heard and not be yelled at. They may offer better hours than my pharmacy, but their rudeness is something that I will not tolerate. He did not care if I gave them a bad review.

I have diabetes and high blood pressures. I put in order for my perception. Loved how they delivered to my house/mail... It would never come on time because they were out of stock! No phone call nothing! It's happened twice so I went back to Walgreens
