I’ve had good experiences with Autopia at other locations, but this one was a complete waste of money. I got “The Works” package. In about 10 minutes they said my car was ready. When I checked, the trunk hadn’t even been touched. After I pointed it out, an attendant just removed some trash and did a quick vacuum. Then I noticed cup holders weren’t cleaned, door panels weren’t wiped, and multiple basic things from the package were missed. Every issue I found only got fixed after I personally pointed it out. There doesn’t seem to be any checklist or process to actually deliver what they advertise. When I spoke to the manager, his response was basically, “Do you want your money back?” I didn’t—I just wanted my car cleaned properly. They kept giving excuses like “this spot is hard to clean,” then wiped it in front of me and it came off immediately. I’m not someone who usually writes negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating and disappointing. If you go here, double-check everything before leaving, because otherwise it simply won’t get done. I also noticed another missed area only after I started driving. Not sure why that would be considered difficult to clean. I hope this location improves, because this level of service does not match the price or the Autopia name.

WASTE OF MONEY!!! i paid for a ultimate wash and they didnt even TOUCH the inside of my car. Do not go here. Would give 0 stars.

I came to usa in 2022.I went to so many car washes but this one was the worst ever i went.Its 47$ bro they don’t even clean the seats properly.I thought may be price is high so their service might be good thats why they kept price high.But its not worth at all.I dont recommend this place at all its better go to mission blvd car wash they are better 15$ they clean out side they will spray to clean interior.Its far better bro or else go to shark car wash in sanjose. These autopia worst ever i went its not about money thats okay we pay but they should clean it right.I was highly disappointed.I will attach the pics here.

😡😡 "please pay attention" Very disappointed. This is the third time I’ve come and found the car wash closed without any update on Google or Google Maps. I have a subscription and there’s no way to know if the shop is open. No one answers the phone either. Please update your hours or closure status online—customers travel far and shouldn’t have their time wasted. Whenever you plan to close the shop, updating Google only takes a few minutes and is something you can easily do. Please update your status on Google—everyone checks online before coming. Many times the shop shows as open, but it’s closed, and no one answers the phone either. This needs serious improvement.

I’ve been coming to this Autopia for two years, and unfortunately, the quality has steadily declined. When I first started coming here, the service was brilliant—very detailed, thorough, and left the car spotless. Now, the experience feels much more rushed and "rough." For a wash that costs nearly $40, I expect a higher level of care. There isn’t even a choice for soap scents anymore, which used to be a nice touch. It feels like the price is going up while the attention to detail is going down. I really hope they can get back to the high standards they had when they first opened!
