Chris at Auto World Fremont is awesome! He knows Subarus inside and out. He is friendly, kind and patient. He gave good advice and took the time to explain the different models. I was a novice to the brand but I am knowledgeable about cars and the car business. He was excellent and a true professional. He is what I refer to as a brand advocate. Very happy and highly recommend to anyone considering a pre-loved Subaru.

I spent a long time in the automotive industry, and I can tell when a salesperson is being genuine. Chris is solid as it comes. Easy communication, quick process, and an honestly represented car. Buying a car in the price range he sells is always going to be a gamble, but he did everything he could to walk me through the flaws and issues on the car. It was priced well against the market and he even helped me get the car home. Couldn't be happier.

Whoa! What an amazing experience! I purchased an '02 Forester S with 260k on the clock (yes, you're reading that correctly) and couldn't be any happier with the purchase! Chris at Auto World Fremont is the man. He is super responsive with emails and texts. He is also a straight up guy and willing to go above and beyond for excellent customer satisfaction. The level of service and the vehicle quality cannot be matched or beat. They truly know these cars inside and out and they keep a pretty detailed list of all the work that was performed to make them truly roadworthy. Chris also has an extensive network of skilled mechanics etc. to assist with regular maintenance at the best price possible. Bottom line, you can't go wrong. Don't miss Chris! I know very little about cars, and when ours was totaled we went to Chris. He patiently walked us through the pros and cons of all the cars on his lot, and was in no way pushy. He was super patient and chill, he even helped us get our old car scrapped before we even talked to him about buying a car! Chris is a used car superstar, the opposite of Danny Devito's character from Mathilda, and a total sweetheart. If you need a used car call Chris! And if you want a newer car call him too--he offered to help us buy a car from someone else if we wanted something at a higher price point!!

If you're in the market for a "new to you" vehicle run don't walk to, Auto World Fremont. Chris the owner is hands down the best person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in the auto industry. He is knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells, extremely personable, and most importantly HONEST! I am extremely happy with my purchase. I got a great deal, and I consider myself lucky to have found, Auto World Fremont. Chris is a true diamond in the rough and now that I HAVE found him I will never go elsewhere and you shouldn't either!
