Today I had dinner here, and it was such a lovely place, freshly renovated, with beautiful plates with the gold trim, beautiful cutlery, I had pilaf with lamb shank and lamb kebab, and it was very tender and juicy, pilaf with raisins was just perfect, I am certainly planning on being regular visitor at this place. They also have a place with low sitting for people who prefer to dine with their legs crossed, I believe it can fit about 10 people, so maybe my friends and I will sit there next time. It is certainly a lovely restaurant for a perfect date.

Amazing Afghan restaurant with truly authentic food! We ordered the bolani, ashak, and chicken kebab, and every dish was absolutely delicious. The bolani was my favorite, perfectly crispy, flavorful, and freshly made. The service was very good as well. The staff was friendly, and welcoming. It honestly felt like eating in Afghanistan. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Afghan cuisine and a great dining experience!

We recently celebrated my cousin’s birthday at Authentic Afghan Kebab and Cuisine, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! The environment was amazing, with stunning staging and decorations that went beyond our expectations. The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish was full of authentic flavor. What made the night even more special was their incredible team—so friendly, respectful, and attentive throughout the entire event. They didn’t just host us, they truly celebrated with us. Thank you to the Authentic Afghan Kebab and Cuisine team for making this occasion so memorable. We highly recommend this place for both private and corporate events!

This is a small place in a shopping complex on mission blvd with a beautiful view !! I ordered food for take away on a Friday afternoon. Two orders of their Borani Kadoo- butternut squash . One with a side of rice and the other with side of afghani bread. The pumpkin dish was sweetish and enjoyable . But for the price - their portion size of the main dish was dismal ! As you can see- it wasn’t even 1/4th of the box they put it in ! The Firni was less than half the 8 oz container for $5 . Disappointed .

The mantu was delicious — flavorful, fresh, and perfectly balanced with the yogurt and sauce. The eggplant dish was also excellent, rich and comforting without being too heavy. Friendly service, beautiful presentation, and a cozy atmosphere. Looking forward to coming back and trying more dishes!
