Shame on Audi for allowing a dealership and service department with this level of unprofessionalism to represent such a major brand. Audi Fremont service department has become very disappointing recently. The customer service is very poor, and some employees were rude and disrespectful to me during my visit. Some of the advisors had a very rude attitude toward me. Honestly, it felt like they treated white customers much better. Because I personally saw the difference in how they treated me compared to other white customers. The way they acted with me was completely different from how they acted with white customers. The only advisor who was respectful and friendly to everyone was one Asian advisor . The other two advisors were very disrespectful and unprofessional. They told me my car had no problems and even claimed they test drove it. But yesterday, when I sat with their mechanic during the test drive, the moment we turned out of the parking lot, the car immediately started vibrating and their own mechanic admitted the car really does have a problem. So how did they not find the issue the week before if it was that obvious within seconds? To me, this shows that the entire service department — from the advisors to the mechanics — is not professional. I used to come to Audi Fremont before، I have been coming here for almost two years, and I honestly do not know what happened to this place or why the service has become this bad and their customer service and service department quality have become very poor. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this service department.

I had an outstanding experience with Bryant at the Audi service department. He was completely right on point with what my car needed and, most importantly, didn't try to pressure me into buying any unnecessary services or repairs. I truly appreciate that level of honesty. On top of that, he went out of his way to accommodate my tricky schedule, making the whole process incredibly smooth. Highly recommend asking for Bryant!

Do not risk your safety by coming here. I am Ferdaws, the customer who left the review last week with my another account and this response is for Kimberlee Camargo, Reputation and Brand Loyalty Manager. What concerns me the most is the tire inspection reports from Audi Fremont, even more than the vibration problem, because this was a serious safety issue . The Audi Burlingame inspection report showed my front tires at 1/32 and 2/32, and the rear tires were also 4 (low and uneven. ) Audi Burlingame explained that the tires were heavily worn on the inside edge, facing the inside of the vehicle and The report recommended replacing all four tires immediately because they were dangerously worn. However, the Audi Fremont report showed all tires at 6/32 and listed them as “good.” There is a huge difference between 6/32 and 1/32. ❗️🚩What if one of those tires had exploded on the highway? What if my family or a child had been in the car with me? What if a serious accident had happened? Who would have been responsible?🚩❗️ This is a serious safety concern, and I expected much better honesty, inspection standards, and customer service from Audi Fremont , 🚩especially because I completed three full services and inspections there. 🚩 The vibration issue was clearly not something small or difficult or (challenging) to find. Nobody properly checked the vehicle. If there was truly no issue, then why did the car immediately start shaking badly near the shop entrance during the second visit and test drive with the shop foreman? Personally, I highly recommend Audi Burlingame. The people there were much more respectful, professional, and experienced. If you are going to an Audi dealership or service department , I would recommend going there instead. .

I always receive excellent service from Bryant and Amr at Fremont Audi including a complementary car wash and last week was no exception when I visited for a recall on my Audi 2025 S6. I was extremely satisfied with their professionalism and courtesy!
