No stars. Worst compa y I have ever felt with. I ordered a $50 asus rog action figure thing that I never got. Placed the order. Then got a delivered notification while I was at work. Got home asked my gf where is it. Where's what? Looked at the pic fed ex gave me, wasn't my apt door in the pic. I could tell it was at the apts though. So me and my son walked around, and he found the empty box on the other side of apts. I call fed ex pissed. They had the wrong address from asus. I call asus and got nothing but attitude. They even told me not to worry , we don't need a Pic of the wrong address on the box , like they were just gonna fix it. Couple weeks go by and I get a email that they aren't gonna fix it. Well my gf threw the box away cause it was just chilling. But called fed ex and they said they can look right at their pc and see that asus sent the wrong address. Called asus again, now I'm really pissed. They told my to get the Pic and send it to the, call fed ex, they won't do that, asus has to call. They wouldn't do anything, they even said they were gonna look into again and nothing. Screw them. Worst company ever. It's not even the 50 bucks, its the face that they are crap at this point

I have bought 2 Asus laptops in the last 3 years, they are poor quality products, poor durability. The customer service is a joke, and my last laptop went in for repair like 5 times in 1 year, they easily overheat almost to the point of exploding and the company takes no responsibility. You waste money, time and information, very frustrating. It is obvious that it comes defective from the factory because it starts to cause problems shortly after purchasing it.

Hi, my name is Michael. I have my 4090 tuff graphics card when I purchased it cost me almost $2000, sent out to Asus to get fixed due to damage caused by me. I was told it would take 10 days. I sent it out on November 18th with over night shipping. On December 5th is when they quoted me the $1089 and I paid immediately. It is now December 19th and they still don't no if it's being repaired or exchanged. I am now loosing money for my business. I have spoken to at least 10 different representatives and they all say we don't no what's going on will call you back in 2 days and I never get a call back. I also spoke with 3 different managers and they said they same thing. I requested for a full refund and still fix my graphics card,because at this point this is just unexceptable customer service. They only refunded me my over night shipping witch was $65. This is honestly the worst service and don't no how they can treat there customers like this. I will never purchase Asus products ever again. I really hope someone from Asus reads this so they can get there act together!

Out of all the online shopping I've ever done, this company is the only one to ever have messed up an order & not fix the issue. This is issue is from a missing product that I never received but since the packing slip was mis labeled & shipped without the item & "investigated" they refused to fix their mistake, all over a cheap $20 mouse pad, ridiculous, never doing business with their store front and purchasing any of their brand ever again. I wish I could leave half a star. 😒

1- Your tech support wait times are terrible 2-Your on hold message telling me you're helping other customers every 20 seconds is the 7th level of hell. Get with the times and give an estimated help time and offer a phone call back 3-Your RMA process is arduous and designed to make people give up 4-even though I managed to navigate it, I was delivered another DOA product. If I didnt have 1500 worth of Mesh Nodes, I would have switched to Ubiquiti a year ago knowing your products and service were this bad.
