while helping my elderly chinese parents call this institution, the lady on the phone was talking over them and being extremely dismissive of what they were saying. she kept insisting they were asking her to schedule an appointment, when in fact they were asking her to tell them the correct phone number to call so they could schedule it themselves. seeing as this person is an adult with a whole receptionist job, i was astonished by the extreme lack of listening skills and respect. i see from the other reviews on this place that i'm not the first one to experience this. i'm beyond disappointed. DO NOT support this institution.

Their doctor YuHong Law does not see patients with medi-cal, even if you are assign to him. As a PRP, He refused to see his patient who is out of medication, giving a excuse that they don't accept new paients while the Medi-cal system have him assigned to my aunt. Patients with medical needs should not be discriminated by their financial ability!

The receptionist is very impatient, and charged for missed appointment after they made followup appointment with my son without informing me when we were in Hawaii on vacation. Dr Shih is very brusque, quickly dismiss us, did not help me signing a form that I asked him, and did not even bother to come back to explain. The whole office gives off the air all they care about is billing for visits without one iota of caring for their patients. I was treated rudely. I had never been to a Doctor office like this. ver bad experience.

I recently visited Asian Health Link with my parents and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The employee working the front desk was rude and unprofessional, and instead of offering assistance, they told us to go to another clinic. Additionally, my mother wasn't informed about her blood pressure medication not getting a refill, and when the refill was finally placed, she was sent back and forth from the clinic to CVS four times before the prescription was finally sent over to be filled. Miscommunication regarding medication refills is unacceptable and can be dangerous. I cannot recommend Asian Health Link based on our experience, and suggest seeking care elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars, I totally would. One of the Asian receptionist is very rude/condescending/ and straight up mean. The doctors only care about making the patients come in for the appointment so they can bill the health insurance/collect money and when you see the doctor they end up referring you to other doctors. No check up even happens except for the one of the assistant checking weight and blood pressure. I've been to this place many times and I am done with tolerating this behavior and choosing not to give them my service. Two doctors I've seen do nothing at all for their patients. Very Asian (Chinese driven culture).
