Came in on 05/23 to browse the Memorial Day sales with a list comparing Ashley Furniture and Living Spaces. As soon as we walked into Ashley Furniture, we were greeted by Benjamin in his aloha shirt and friendly energy. I showed him my list right away because I wanted to avoid the typical sales pitch, so I kept things short and rushed — giving him absolutely no room to upsell me lol. But Benjamin completely won us over by simply listening to what we wanted. Even with my urgency to get in and out, the experience quickly started to feel more like shopping with a friend than dealing with a salesperson. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the furniture and really paid attention to what we were looking for. He never pushed for a quick sale and instead gave us thoughtful options that matched our needs and style. He made the entire process easy, comfortable, and honestly fun. Before we knew it, we were buying beds on top of our furniture set haha. Thank you, Benjamin, for making what could have been a stressful shopping trip such a great experience! Ended up with adjustable bed frame with a dealt mattress as well as my sister! Picture not shown. This experience was better than the associate at living spaces! Benjamin- Good choice wearing that aloha shirt that day. :)

I had an excellent experience at Ashley Furniture. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Sales agent Syed Ahsen was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without any pressure. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend Ashley Furniture, and if you visit, be sure to ask for Syed Ahsen. My experience at Ashley Furniture was exceptional, largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by Quynh. From the moment I walked through the doors, she greeted me with a warm welcome and took the time to truly listen to what I was looking for in a new couch. Throughout the process, she was incredibly patient, showing me a variety of options that fit my needs while sharing her extensive product knowledge. Her polite and professional demeanor made the entire search stress-free, and it is clear she is a true asset to the store’s team. The high level of hospitality extended beyond just the sales floor; the store manager also took a few minutes to greet us and even engaged in a kind conversation with my son, which added a wonderful personal touch to our visit. Quynh made the shopping experience genuinely enjoyable, and because of the excellent service we received, I will definitely be returning to Ashley for my future furniture needs.

I had a great experience at Ashley Furniture in Fremont. My Home Furnishing Specialist, Sinidu, was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable from the moment I walked in. She greeted me right away and immediately showed me several options that matched exactly what I was looking for. What I appreciated most was that she was never pushy or overbearing. She gave me space and time to think about my purchase, which made the experience feel comfortable and stress-free. I actually didn’t buy anything during my first visit, but after searching online and visiting other furniture stores, I realized Ashley had the best combination of style, quality, and customer service. I went back and made my purchase, and I’m very happy I did. Thank you, Sinidu, for making the experience such a positive one!

Ms. Nyugen! Was one of the best sales person that I have met . She remembered me from a past visit and greeted me with great respect and very friendly. She was so great with sales and knowledge . She was so patient and worked with me so well . She seems to know a great deal about Ashley Ashley furniture. You are so lucky to have her .
