Thank you to Ash for a job well done. Ash laid out a plan and followed through every step of the way. He was very informative and explained everything along the way. Everything went as planned. Selling our house was a fast and a good deal for us. Even after the sale was completed he followed up and provided is the numbers to call to cancel our utilities. Thank you very much!!

Ash has been a great help in selling my house. The house went pending quickly on 1st weekend of open house itself, which generally doesn't happen in Mountain House during March-April. This was a direct result of a good strategy and negotiations and hence helped me get the best value of my house. If I have to do another property transaction, I would get Ash's help for sure. To anyone who has not been with Ash as their realtor, they are missing out on an awesome experience. He is super friendly and was able to understand our requirements perfectly. He guided us through the entire process as family and provided invaluable guidance and advise on house specifics, buying process, offer process etc. He also went beyond guiding us, even post the house sale. I had the pleasure to work with Ash in successfully closing my recent home buy deal. Ash was my neighbor at a place I lived earlier. I got introduced to him through a common friend. My home purchase journey began not as a wish to own a home this year but out of necessity from my own situation. Ash is very sharp and diligent in understanding the needs/priorities of his clients and then works towards identifying winnable properties that best serve these requirements. Some of the details that portray our wishes/interests in a home were not that easy/straightforward to describe in words and can be straightaway added to the wish list. So I sent few examples of homes to Ash to highlight my wishes/interests. Clear communication was crucial from the very beginning to set right expectations on both sides. It takes two hands to make a clap and same applies to a home buy, it took two minds to work together for a successful home deal. Ash diligently worked in the background to quickly get an itinerary of home visits scheduled in a very short time period and isolated me from all the nuances/processes to be followed for these home visits especially in challenging Covid-times. Since the time I signed up with Ash as my realtor representing me for the home buy journey, it just took us less then 10 days to shortlist properties, visit all homes, make offers to three homes and finally close my home deal! I am just amazed with precision and sense of urgency with which Ash operates to get that home his client wishes to have. I highly appreciate his professionalism in deal making, candid conversations in providing guidance to first time home buyers on what works, what doesn't work in the Bay Area especially in a brutal seller's market. It helped me a lot in grounding myself, setting right expectations with facts, market realities and above all what it takes to win the home bid. Many thanks to Ash and his team that my home buying experience in the Bay Area has been very smooth and swift. I have heard people waiting much longer in closing a home deal or losing multiple home bids or just not being able to close the home deal for various reasons, leading to desperation and frustration especially for first time home buyers and finally just wanting the home buy journey to end ASAP. I am glad that I didn't have to go through such painful process by partnering with Ash. If I reflect back, my experience working with Ash has been very effective, laser focused on goals/objectives and still fulfilling my wishes/interests. Winning a home that one wishes to have for the right price is what matters at the end of the day. Ash has been very instrumental in realizing these goals for me. He also connected me to a lender who offered the best conditions than I ever received from other sources and Ash worked with the lender and seller to ensure the deal is closed in a stimulated time agreeable to the seller!
