Let me start with saying the doctor is great and is the only reason I was coming there. I had Cigna insurance and I was paying $50 a month. I went every 3 months instead of 6 so my insurance would cover one visit and the other I paid out of pocket. The front desk kept telling me my insurance is out of network. I so I still paid $40 the times my insurance (covered) a piece of it. I asked them to give me which insurance is in their network. They wrote it down for me and I went and got exactly that insurance. Today I get a call that it’s basic and it doesn’t cover the cleaning which sucks because I canceled my old insurance which was only $50 to now $75 a month and it’s still not good enough when they are the ones who told me to get that one. The office just seems greedy and I’m over it. They lost my business and I’ll make sure my friends and family don’t come here ether. I had a lot of patience with them and I’m just over it. It was always some money issue after every visit.

Office staff was professional. New client systems were smooth and easy. I got a same day appointment for a cleaning. Cleaning was thorough, but Dr. was pretty rough. I was struggling throughout the cleaning and had to raise my hand to ask for breaks many times. He didn't offer any breaks, explain what he was doing, or ask if I was ready, etc.

I came in for a cleaning. Was very smooth to fill in new patient information. X-ray was conducted smoothly and efficiently. Shout-out to Dr. Aldin who gave me the clear picture on which teeth needed cavities filled. Overall I felt secure and a place where they provide sound advice and very good handling for patients!

Dr. De Ala & his staff are very professional. The doctor is amazingly very good, answers questions to your satisfaction and makes u understand what's going on. The same with the staff, tells you what is a workable schedule, explains clearly the cost of service. The whole office takes care of your needs and are very friendly. As a patient, I'm very satisfied with their services. KUDOS!

Outstanding and thorough, i’ve had about six dentists in my lifetime, and none compares to the level of quality and effectiveness that Ricard has performed . Patient having him for about six years. I’ve never had a cavity. He’s thoughtful and kind and reasonable with his prices is definitely what I would consider a premium dentist. I look forward to a long-term professional relationship with this dental establishment , highly recommend. Definitely worth the trip and time.
