Ive been using this ridiculous Dry cleaners for the last year or so as it’s really close to my home, but by far has had the worst experience. Every time I take my sarees or Indian outfits, they never remove the stains and blame it on the stain, the material, etc. This time I was very upset because I had given a couple of sarees with none of the stains removed and one with threads coming out? The main lady came out stating if I had repetitive issues like this, why i would use their business again? I did tell her that the proximity was a convenience and now I would rather go a longer distance and get better customer service rather than this so called dry cleaning . There was an issue where i saw 2 holes in a saree and they confirmed this was there before the cleaning by showing me pics and i apologized for my unjust accusation . But this lady was neither apologetic for her rudeness nor offered a discount of the total bill nor offered a second trial? All she said was “thank you for not coming again ?? Please take your clothes elsewhere to get your moneys worth and to avoid her rude nonsensical customer service.

I want to start off by saying this establishment is under new ownership so any of those previous negative reviews hold no merit. I take all my clothes here almost weekly for a wash and fold service because they have a great rate and also do the best quality of work out of all the wash and fold services I’ve tried. The owner is extremely friendly and always makes sure my clothes are ready in a timely manner. Most recently I went to pickup my clothes to find I had left a large sum of cash in one of my pockets and it was neatly placed and a little bag along with my laundry. Amazing people and amazing quality of work. Would recommend to anyone.

They are quick and conveniently located in Ardenwood shopping center. Sylvia is nice in talking and follows the instructions if you have any. Prices are ok not fantastic. You can get your clothes in 2 to 3 days.

The owner is extremely rude. You can hardly find a worse place to do cleaning or tailoring than this one. They not only ruin your cloth but also yell at you when being questioned. These people do not deserve to own a business. Save your money and time, there are many other dry cleaning places to go in this area.

Discovered oily blotch on a pressed shirt when I removed it from drycleaner's clear wrap. Drycleaner refused to try cleaning it and claimed it was from me (even though the shirt is still pressed on the hanger with their tag still attached).
