I decided to come by here and get a drink instead of purchasing one from the gym since it’s slightly expensive there. It’s really hot this season and once again, I need to get myself a cool drink. It’s quite organized here compared to other ones I go to in Fremont. I also like how it’s close to my gym though. I also like how it’s next to small businesses I like going to for dining out. Overall, it’s nothing really special here, but I do like to come here sometimes than other ones I usually go to.

THEY STOLE MY MONEY!!!!!! Javier and whoever the knock off T-Mobile reject dude are so incompetent. Charged me $20 gas, I paid in cash, but the pump never activated. The screen just said "wait a moment" and never activated to get my gas. Somehow it turned into an additional 30 minutes counting their cash and verifying instead of them just fixing the issue and switching pumps or giving me a refund. The silly ***** never went outside to look at what the pump was saying , they just insisted that the "system on the register said its completed". Such lazy uneducated workers!!! THEY REFUSED TO LET ME SPEAK TO DESSI THE MANAGER AND THEY STOLE MY 20 DOLLARS AND NEVER GAVE ME GAS!!!!!!!

I’ve been a regular customer at this Arco location, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I was helped by an employee named Junibelle, and from the beginning of our interaction, her attitude was unnecessarily rude. I politely declined a bag at checkout, but she charged me for one anyway. I then reminded her that I had said no bag, she then started the transaction over again. I asked for $40 on pump 4, but after going outside, I noticed pump 4 wasn't working. I returned to let her know, and she insisted I had said pump 5. I know for a fact I said pump 4. Regardless, I agreed to go to pump 5. At pump 5, the gas stopped at $30, not the $40 I asked for. I went back inside to clarify the issue and said, "First the bag, now the pump, and now the incorrect amount." Instead of helping resolve the situation, she became defensive and confrontational, stating they had audio of me saying pump 5 and then repeatedly asking, “What’s the problem?” aggressively while raising her voice trying to assert dominance. I explained that the issue was I still needed $10 more in gas, and she responded with an “okay.” While I was paying, I mentioned that I come to this station regularly and have never had an issue. Her response was, “Well, I’ve never had this problem either, so you must be the problem,” and then she abruptly canceled my transaction. When I asked to speak to a manager, she said they would be in from 4 a.m. to 3 p.m.—I will definitely be returning during those hours to speak with them. I never raised my voice or used disrespectful language. I simply pointed out the issues that occurred, and instead of providing customer service, Junibelle chose to escalate the situation. This is not how customers should be treated, especially by someone working in a customer-facing role. I hope management addresses this situation appropriately.
