I did eyebrow threading here, I think the owner she did it to me, no hurt nothing my eyebrows are shaped well I feel that is a great thing as many salons try to pluck the hair and make lot of scratches . As a first time customer I was charged 5 dollars and they have a package for it !

This place is a complete scam - whatever you do DO NOT fall for their BS of taking their waxing packages, they will take money from you upfront and then conveniently say you have less sessions that what you paid for or better yet say your package has expired. The owner will not answer your calls, Employees will put their hands up and you are out of pocket a few hundred dollars. I was scammed into taking their package when they were located on Fremont Blvd then they closed shop and moved to Union City and when I asked for money back as the location was too far, they refused to give me my money back. I was forced to go more than 40 minutes from where I live to get waxed - then they closed that store and opened in Ardenwood, again not a convenient location and when I have not been able to go there for sometime they turn around and say the package has expired - they shut stores, they inconvenience customers and we should bear the brunt - absolute highway robbery. This business needs to be shut down.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE i simply asked for a clean up and repeatedly told the woman i JUST WANTED A CLEAN UP. she reassured me and then proceeded to shape my eyebrows, make them SO thin, and cut half of my eyebrow off. please do not go unless u want to shave ur eyebrows off afterwards

Re reviewing the page cz they seem to have a courteous staff and improving on their customer service experience. I kept going there since I had my eye brows bundle Worst service ! The person was extremely rude who did my eye brows. Usually people are final here but this one very unprofessional. I had a very bad experience with the facial last year but I didn’t review just because the person was very helpful after my face had rashes which went away after 4/5 days. However today I couldn’t resist posting an honest review of the service. Please have some courteous staff. Thank you

Manisha is my go to person for any services i need there. She is the only one whose eyebrows threading doesnt pain and the eyebrows turn out to be fabulous. She is really good in her work and highly recommend her . I visit the place only for her services. Her waxing , facial is also very good.
