I ordered food through Online. Disappointing experience. The Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp was the only item we enjoyed. The wings were very hard, the fries tasted stale, and the Broccoli Chicken Alfredo did not seem fresh. The fried items also had a strong old-oil taste. Unfortunately, this was not the quality I expect from Applebee's, and I won't be ordering from this location again.

Visit date: 06/09/2026 Party: 3 adults, 3 children Overall: Food had bright spots, but the service made this a disappointing visit. We arrived at 8:24 p.m. to a mostly empty dining room and were told there would be a 10 minute wait. A clean, open table was sitting right in front of us the entire time, and that’s exactly where we were seated 10 minutes later with no explanation for the delay. Once seated, the service issues continued. Drinks took about 20 minutes and only arrived after we asked about them again. There were no crayons for the kids, no napkins, and no silverware. I eventually had to get up and retrieve silverware and crayons myself from the service station. Food began arriving at 9:12 p.m. almost 50 minutes after we walked in but only half the table was served at first. Everyone finally had their meals by 9:17 p.m. At no point did anyone explain the delays, apologize, or send a manager over. With three children at the table, the lack of communication and follow through was especially frustrating. To be fair, some of the food was genuinely good. The strawberry balsamic chicken salad and the coleslaw were both delicious. The turkey club was fine, and the fries were classic Applebee’s. The issue wasn’t the kitchen; it was the complete absence of basic service standards. The QR code on the table encouraging guests to “review your experience” felt unintentionally ironic when we had to chase down drinks, silverware, crayons, and even the rest of our food. Bottom line: A few dishes were great, but the service made this visit far more stressful than it needed to be. With better communication and attention to basics, this could have been a very different experience.

Disappointed with the food this time. We ordered 6 oz sirloin steak, we asked for medium. First of all, they overcooked the steak (and the steak doesn’t look 👀 like a steak, it looks more like a small rock). We asked them to redo the steak, the second attempt, they still didn’t cook the steak correctly, the steak looks 👀 raw on the inside. And the steak looks like a rock too. Really disappointed. The server however was nice and friendly. L

This is the second time with bad experience. Ordered our drinks and food as they took a while to come to the table. Food comes first and we remind the lady our drinks are not here yet. They bring it almost at the end when we were finishing up. Then we decide to leave and ask for boxes. They come with boxes but not bag to carry. I asked some rude guy at the counter for a bag, he says to go to the table and he will bring it. Wait another 5 minutes and leave without it. Overall poor service and it wasn’t busy too. Never again at this location although its the nearest one to where we live. Go to a location that knows customer seevive.
