We refinanced our mortgage two times with Anu. Bot the experiences were great. Absolutely, professional and perhaps little beyond that. Should there be other occassion, we will go back to her. Initially, we wanted to buy house and hence contacted her - she showed her many houses without any undue pressure and in timely manner - something I have rarely seen in real estate business. We had our mortgage refinanced with Batra team and got excellent support end-to-end. The refi. was completed in short period of time. It was way faster than my previous refi. with a big bank. The team tried their best to get the best rate for my loan. I certainly could not have matched the rate had I been on my own. Honestly wish I went with them for my home purchase.
