Some of the worst possible customer service ever. They never returned the calls when messages car left. After over 11 phone calls I have yet to get a human. I have sent multiple emails with a simple question on the operation of a single piece of equipment and have only received emails demanding receipts dates accusing me of damaging their equipment xcetera when all I want is a yes or no question answered. I really do like the piece of equipment that I have purchased 3 of and I just want to know about a simple feature to operate it. The device is made to be used remotely yet the most basic remote operation after connection seems unavailable and I must walk over to device to use it.

greeting i was very happy with the power cord that i bought, it had removeable heads which was new to me, i bought the laptop power chord july-august and two , three days ago the inner head piece came off, since its like 6 months do i qualify for ah re-fund or discount on ah future adapter?

Just another China company copying US products and making cheap quality versions. You can tell they stole their yellow color from Corsair and the rest of their products are just copies of name brand products.

Nonexistent Customer Support. Calls to their support line result in dead air or voicemails that never get listened to. Is anyone even there? Unacceptable considering they are a worldwide company.
