I took my car to get a transmission replaced about two years ago for $3000. A year later it started running rough again. The warranty is up, so I get that it’s not the shop’s responsibility, but it feels unfair to pay for another transmission if it’s the same problem. I called the BAR to hold them accountable, and they said what was done to my transmission was “very questionable,” but didn’t give details. I reluctantly took it back to Anson, to check it out for free, but of course they said “nothing” is wrong with the transmission 🙄. Now my emission light came on, and AutoZone said it’s related to the transmission. I’m taking it to my trusted mechanic for a proper diagnosis. I’ve kept coming here because the owner has been kind before with a small battery issue, but this situation is unacceptable. Hoping for a discount—but understand they won’t.. I’d rather not leave a bad review, but wanted to warn others. ‼️Update: Transmission light just came on. I’ll share what my mechanic finds.

Cannot recommend these guys enough! Got us out of a tough bind during a road trip back to Canada. Friendly and fast. They were able to squeeze us in so we could get back on the road. The price was more than fair, no surprises. We had originally gone to the dealership and they had 0 motivation to help us, wanted double the price for the part and expected us to wait 3 days! These guys however came through within 2 hours! Thanks again! :)

Anson and his team were excellent and thorough. Came for a pre-purchase inspection, and he walked us through step by step, showed us the things he was checking and issues he found. Definitely felt cared for!

Has a sign that says oil change for $19.00 and I even brought my own oil and he wanted to charge me $40.00....it does not makes any sense. I was told before by other prior customers that he charges by the mood that he is at that time...

Super honest place and family. The vibe was very homie. And super fast service. Told me what I needed, and what to expect. Worth the hour drive for an oil change. Got my gs430 back into health.
