Dr. Ann Phan is my PCP. She is very attentive and thorough. She listens carefully and makes sure all my issues are taken care of. Issues that out of her area, she will refer to the specialist. The only problem is she always fully booked. But the assistant will squeeze me if she is able to with a bit of wait.
