We had a great time with Ann for our first house buying process. We went into this feeling very nervous and overwhelmed but Ann took us through all of it very patiently, came to all of our house visits, and got our final offer ready in super time! She was able to guide us through all the inspection and disclosure related details very thoroughly so that we understand everything and helped us do multiple walkthroughs all the way till closing. She was also able to help us get a good price in the house and understood how to negotiate really well, so if you’re looking to buy a house, I’d highly recommend Ann!

Working with Ann Gupta was a fantastic experience from start to finish. At our first meeting, Ann went through the home buying process in detail. She asked all the right questions that helped us communicate our requirements clearly. Ann prioritized our must-have list, showing us only homes that met all our requirements. Ann has excellent knowledge of all the neighborhoods, and she gave us highly useful information about the houses even before we visited. During the home showing, Ann gave us lot of important information that helped us evaluate the houses. She highlighted crucial details we hadn't noticed. We would like to highly recommend our realtor Ann Gupta based on the exceptional service we got for our home buying experience. At the outset Ann asked all the right questions that helped us communicate our requirements clearly. Ann actively helped us look at listings based on these requirements and provided us with insights regarding the neighborhood even before we visited the home. This helped us keep our search focused to listings that were truly interesting to us. Ann spent a lot of quality time with us during the home showing and provided many details that helped us evaluate the homes. Sometimes this included things that were important to us that we missed and this was very valuable as we skipped a couple of homes that we visited based on this input. Once we found listings that we liked Ann helped us put together very competitive offers. We found her market analysis and negotiation strategy very effective. After we entered into contract Ann continued to hand-hold us through home inspection, co-ordinating with the title company, walk-through and helped us sort out many details. During the entire journey, we were very impressed with the thoroughness as well as the speed of her communication. She was always punctual to our meetings and valued our time. She is also very detail oriented and overall we felt we were in very competent hands and Ann was looking out for us. We would definitely go back to Ann for any future home buying or selling requirements.

We worked with Ann Gupta to purchase our first ever home. Both my husband and I had no experience on how to go about this, Ann was so helpful to explain the whole process to us and guide us each step of the way. She is super knowledgeable about all aspects of the home buying process. She focused on our must-have list for a desired home and showed us the correct properties to suit our needs. She understands the Bay Area market very well and the type of homes and neighborhoods that would suit growing families. Ann got us in touch with a Finance person who worked with loan application. She showed us a few houses and each time she would show us possibilities on upgrading the home per our individual needs, I found her knowledge super helpful and appreciated her valuable input. She helped us with the pre-purchase inspection Ann quickly built a good rapport with the seller agent. She acted quickly and made a solid offer and got our offer accepted. Sller accepted our offer and cancelled the open house. Ann sat very late at night with us in her office finished up the paperwork and getting everything in order to submit the offer. Having completed a home sale, I would say that the assistance I received from Ann Gupta was invaluable in making the entire process go smoothly and quickly, and I would highly recommend her as an agent. From the beginning, she outlined the process, discussed factors to determine an initial listing price, and was responsive to questions. Her attention to the smallest of details was evident during the process of preparing the house for listing, both in determining what potential defects needed to be resolved, and in working with stagers to ensure that the presentation met her high standards. This included her eye towards particulars such as color schemes and decor style, all of which worked out well for attracting potential buyers soon after listing. She was able to not only negotiate an offer I was happy with, but also helped in keeping preparation costs down. I was very appreciative for her responsive communications during the entire process - she was always available to answer questions. Overall, she was wonderful to work with - professional, personable, and always a pleasure to talk with. It was a very positive experience.
