AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL COSTS! They are rude, dishonest, and condescending! I have purchased gas here along with a car wash for 24 yrs, only because I pass by regularly on my commute, even though the car wash is barely acceptable. After a recent illness, my prepaid car wash voucher had “expired” by a few days. My expectation was that if I explained the situation, they would do right by me and provide a new “code” so I could redeem my $16 wash. Well, boy, was I wrong! They don’t care about customers, even those with decades of loyalty, and huge potential for future revenue. I was insulted and told I couldn’t read, and moreover that there was no escalation path available. Fortunately, we now have an amazing BRAND NEW COSTCO less than a mile away at Newpark Mall. They have a massive number of pumps, no lineups, the very highest quality gas at great prices, and beyond wonderful customer service. They also sell awesome coupons for an excellent car wash establishment THAT DO NOT EXPIRE! What a concept?! Andoil can rejoice in the fact that they stole my $16. I’m confident that Karma and the Universe will take care of them soon!

My family and I always stop by here for gas, and we've had nothing but good experiences at this gas station. Their prices are reasonable, the cashiers are kind and friendly, and the place is always clean and well-kept. Not to mention, they have a great variety of snacks and drinks.

Heads up for customers that’s looking for CarWash Place, Don’t go to this place! Waste of your time and money! Came here today to get gas and car wash. Ended up getting charged twice for carwash because their car wash POS machine don’t work and their drive thru car wash don’t work either. It doesn’t dispense soap and the machine that supposed to roll and spin (clean) around your car don’t work either.

If I could give this place a negative star I would. Someone stole my purse and used my credit card at this establishment. The owner showed zero sympathy. He claimed he couldn't find any record of the purchase without the receipt. How the hell am I going to have a receipt if a thief used my card!? Isn't it your responsibility as an owner to keep track of these things!? Also, when I asked to see the tapes he purposefully only showed me one camera angle, claimed they had no cameras in store even though there are clearly cameras everywhere in that store and at each pump. He rushed me out of the store because he had "things to do". God forbid somebody robs your store blind and your family blind but then Maybe then you'll learn your lesson. Thanks for wasting my time.
