Michael Lai is the worst dentist I have ever met. Please don’t go there. He doesn't have the skills to extract wisdom teeth, but he is still doing it. It is horrible!!! They only want to use up your insurance and charge you a lot of money.

Really like Dr. Lai. He is amazingly dexterous with the tools (the only dentist I've known who can do a cleaning alone, and well), listens, and was accepting and easy going when I needed to have partial work done elsewhere. Wing at the front office is super cool too.

Wonderful experience at this dental practice! Reception, dental hygienist, and dentist were warm, professional, and efficient. The dental hygienist and dentist explained everything to me as they were doing the cleaning/exam. They were also entertaining and made me feel very comfortable! I highly recommend them!!

Dr. Lai was passionate and professional. He explained to me what needed to be done and referred me to a very good periodontist. I would highly recommend him to my friends.
