This shop did a good job altering my graduation dress. It was very loose on the shoulders and the back, the lady made it fit my body perfectly. Now I wear it comfortably without worrying about the fit.

After 10+ years as a loyal customer, I had a disappointing experience that I feel compelled to share. I made two trips to pick up clothes because staff couldn’t locate them. The items were eventually found misfiled under the wrong letter. When I arrived for pickup, staff suggested I had already collected the items, which wasn’t the case. After pointing out where the clothes were located, they were handed over. Unfortunately, there was no apology for the inconvenience or acknowledgment of the filing error that caused multiple trips. As a longtime customer who has supported this business for over a decade, I expected better communication and customer service. I hope management will use this feedback to improve their processes and customer interactions going forward.

Owner did alterations on my wedding dress a few years ago and she did great work and very quickly! I'm going back again to get my cheongsam altered too.

Not professional: 1) agreed on a price initially. and pretended it did not happen when dropping off. 2) when I insisted for the price we agreed on earlier, the owner implies it will take weeks unless I pay more for express service 3) came to pick up after the one week wait, turned out it did not even started. 4) after expressed disappointed about the situation, the owner agreed to work on it on the same day, and finished it in 15 mins (the quality of the work is poor, unsurprisingly).

They do such a great job here, so happy with the alterations they made and attention to detail. Reasonable price and ready for pick up on time! Thank you!!
