First driver skipped my house at 4PM, tracked them going around other stops in circles, and second driver probably picked up a shift at 8PM. and ended up delivering my work laptop late at 8PM.

The staff is nice. DO NOT I Repeat DO NOT come in here with a 53' trailer on a sleeper cab truck. Unless you are really good at alley dock or you will retire trying to dock. This place is built for small trailers on a day cabs or box trucks. The dock is tight as hell.

ALOM customer service is completely and utterly useless. As an end-user, I sent an email to them three times with a question about their software and didn't receive a single response. I was told by the Ford company that there is no way to reach them by phone and that email is the only communication method they accept. So not only is there no way to reach a live person by phone, but there is no way to reach anyone period. I guess they don't want my money so I'll be using Waze navigation from now on. Waze is free and completely up to date. Thanks for nothing, ALOM!

Just usual place for loading. Don’t read wrong info about space. It’s enough for any trailers

From a vendor's perspective: ALOM has a competent & professional group of employees. ALOM buyers have a detailed understanding of many products that other organizations staff do not. I don't expect a "wing-it" attitude, that I receive from some companies. ALOM receiving is thorough, friendly & professional. ALOM A/P has always paid on time.
