Allstate has been our source for water heater replacement and installation for a couple of decades, now. Yesterday they replaced a leaking heater for us and did a great job. I'd called the afternoon previous, explaining that we had water running of the heater. They came by the next morning, installed a new heater and refreshed all the relevant piping to ensure we'd be up to code and have no leaks. The installing plumber, Abraham Angeles, did a masterful job and cleaned up quite thoroughly. Allstate is never the cheapest, but they know what they're doing, the install good quality products, and are quite reputable. As I said, we've used them for years, and I encourage you to give them a call if your water heater goes out, as well.

I've been a loyal customer of Allstate Plumbing for the past 15 years, which is why it's unfortunate that I have to write this review based on my most recent experience. I called them out to diagnose a water heater issue. After evaluating the problem, the technician informed me that the water heater needed to be replaced. I was given a verbal quote over the phone, but no written estimate. Because I had trusted Allstate Plumbing for so many years, I didn't think twice about it and accepted the quote based on our long-standing relationship. From what I remember, the quoted price included a permit. After the installation was completed and payment was collected, I had to call the office myself to request a copy of the invoice and ask about the permit. To my surprise, I was then told that the quoted price did not include the permit and that I would need to obtain the permit myself. This was very disappointing. Every plumbing job Allstate Plumbing completed for me over the past 15 years was properly permitted, so I was genuinely shocked by the response. More concerning was that there was no written estimate provided before the work began to clearly document what was and wasn't included. What saddened me most was the feeling I was left with after the final conversation with the office. It seemed as though my 15 years of loyalty no longer mattered and that my business was no longer valued. I truly wish Paul were still running the business. He was always professional, transparent, and a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, this experience has changed and after 15 years of being a loyal customer, I believe it's time for me to move on.

Paul, Maria and the rest of their team are amazing! I have used them for simple and complex plumbing problems (commercial, apartments houses etc) and they always deliver on time and on budget. I'd highly recommend them!

Abraham replaced my water heater the same day he gave me an estimate! He also worked on a leak at the water meter. I was very impressed with the prompt service.
