I just want to say, Joseph who works at the front desk was absolutely on it, so kind and courteous and such a trustworthy guy. Some people tried flying through the gate when it was opened and he was so quick to make sure the people actually had a unit there and that they punch in their code (both for alarm reasons and other tenants safety of possessions). My code also had some access issues and he was quick to resolve and competent in his job juties. Would highly recommend the facility just because I know this guy is going to take care of the facility.

Katie the manager is just wonderful to set up a unit. She rented a space for my classic car . I couldn't be more satisfied with a safe and well managed place. I have easy access and secure unit. 5 stars is not enough.

Initially I needed a storage facility centrally located, easy and convenient since I was moving from Peninsula to East Bay. And... As luck would have it! A Post Office is located near by. The icing on the cake was $1.00 for the first month and low monthly rental rates. And, Miranda who assisted me through the entire process.

This storage facility is a great place to store your items. I have had a unit there for about 3 years. It has always been very safe, secure and clean. There are great carts available to move your stuff around. I needed more space so yesterday I went into the office. Katie, the manager, was very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained my options and I quickly had my upgrade and at a very reasonable price.

Katie was absolutely amazing! She was such a help and a complete joy to be around. Without her assistance I would have been so lost and unable to access my unit. Thank you Katie! You rock!!
