No wait, cordial staff for MRI, and service for CD within few minutes. I will recommend this one over NorCal where I have been too.

I have had several imaging tests done here over the years (MRI and PET/CT) and found the experiences to be very positive. Good staff. I find several of the "negative" reviews here to be unwarranted and due largely to patient misunderstanding.

Utterly useless and bad customer service. When I reached 15 mins late to an appointment which was a month in the making, they sent me away. Then they expect me to arrive earlier than appointment too. Avoid. Go to another mri center who actually wants your business.

Don’t go there for any mri or X-ray because these people don’t have a radiologist i mean read your mri or X-ray so that’s mean you received separate bill from radiology department but this not happened if you go to NorCal imaging these people are suck’s they didn’t tell you fully story

Consistently polite staff. Usually run a little behind. Comfortable waiting area. Enter Washington West through the right entrance and go all the way to the back on the right.
