Totally disappointed with the customer service. The product I purchased arrived incorrect. I notified them right away and they asked for photos as proof, which I sent immediately. It has now been three days since my last message and I have received no response. The lack of communication is unacceptable, especially since this is directly affecting my work. I have a client’s vehicle sitting in my shop waiting for a solution that hasn’t been provided. Very poor experience. I would not recommend buying from them if any issue arises, as their support simply disappears.
