Damian and his dad Sal, were sent out to do insulation work on my 100 year old house with "delicate" plaster & lathe ceilings. They did an outstanding job. From the beginning I knew I was in good hands with these two. I have a skylight that I was concerned about and without needing to ask, it was wrapped in a layer of batt insultation and secured, the right way. When they went to air seal my front door, Sal noticed that all my door hardware was black and called someone at Alcal to bring out a black aluminum trim, unprompted, instead of the shiny aluminum one they had in the truck. He said if he installed the one he had, it wouldn't look good, and I agreed. When Darien rigged up the blower machine house for the insulation, he put up a ~9' A frame ladder on my driveway, and secured the hose overhead to the ladder so people wouldn't have to step over the hose on the sidewalk. That's a courtesy to my "non customer" neighbors that I don't think many people expect today. Overall, both crews they sent out (clean up crew the day before) to my house were extremely courteous, thoughtful and worked diligently. I don't write reviews often/ever but I think these guys deserve recognition and I assume Alcal reinforces these habits across all their staff. And if they don't they should! Thank you

This truck driver was driving like crazy! Is this the type of people that you guys hire? He was putting my life and the life of my passengers at risk speeding and swerving without signal. Please be careful with who you hire.

Martin from Alcal installed new garage doors and I am really happy with the service. After few weeks, we found some minor issues which he came back and fixed. Will definitely recommend.
