I orginally came to their offices to utilize the services of Sohia Ahmad who is a tax attorney to correct a situation that another tax person created. After that visit I continued to utilize the services of her parents for tax preperation and have been using their combined services for many years now. Sophia has always been a charm to work with, pleasant and very knowledgeable. Imtiaz (her father) took me a bit longer for me to more fully readtand understand. Yes, he is blunt, very straightforward, and his humor in my opinion is dry. As such we've have had several go arounds to understand each other over the years, but I assure you, he knows what he is doing and he does it well. You have to remember that tax preparation is dependent on just how prepared you are with your documents and how well you have set up your accounts. Any time there was a misunderstanding between us, Imtiaz took great care to listen to my queries and to research if needed to provide me with the correct answers, going straight to the tax board to get answers from them to assure that everything was correct before we filed. I appreciate their whole family owned and operated business and would highly recommend them

My grandparents have been going here for several years. This last tax season will be the last. I do NOT recommend Ahmad Imtiaz CPA for any person. Not only did they pay taxes which was fine it was due and paid on the spot, but we got another letter in mail stating they owed more. When calling he stated well if it says pay then pay. No compassion for senior citizens nor accountability for mistake. Please do not go to this place.

Mr. Imtaiz is my 5th CPA and I’ve a small business in Bay Area, so far he is the best accountant I have found to help me with my books.

I wouldn’t recommend this CPA at all , is clueless about the TAX prep , please stay .
