Dr. Wu is incredibly professional—fast, steady, and precise. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. What impressed me most was how great they are with kids. My child was nervous about the tooth extraction, but Dr. Wu handled it with such calm confidence that it was over before we knew it. No tears, no stress—just excellent care. Our family has been coming to AGAPE Dental Group since 2017. Both of my children’s orthodontic treatments were handled beautifully here. The dentists are highly professional and take the time to explain everything clearly, and the staff is always friendly. We’ve consistently received excellent service over the years.

The staff here have always been so so nice, Ms. Ellen and Ms. Yu have always been understanding to me and my mom. Dr. Wu has been a professional for 40 years and him and Dr. Luke have taken care of my complex teeth situation with compassion and precision. Additionally the assistants Vivian and Jefferson were very comforting to talk to as I was nervous for my extraction. Vivian joked Dr. Wu is so experienced he can pull teeth out and she won’t even realize because he is so quick. My tooth was out in 7 minutes! I have been coming here since I was 8 and I plan to come here a long long time. If you are looking for children’s dental care, all the way to adulthood, go to agape!

I have been a regular patient at Agape Dental’s Fremont office for over 20 years. My daughter also went to the Fremont office for dental checkups and care from a young age until she grew up and moved out of state for work. The staff here, including the doctors and nurses, are all very friendly and professional. The dental office is located in Ardenwood Plaza; it’s very quiet and has plenty of parking, making it very convenient for people living in the Fremont area.

This is only the second negative review I have written in the more than ten years I have lived in the Bay Area . The front desk staff were kindly, which is why I trusted this office enough to return for multiple visits for my child’s treatment. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Wu was very disappointing. I met with him twice, and both times his communication came across as arrogant, judgmental, and disrespectful. Much of what he said felt more like criticism than patient care. I also found it inappropriate that he repeatedly spoke negatively about other dentists and unnecessarily brought up money. Patients are capable of making their own decisions and deserve to be treated with respect. He was also rude in both his words and actions toward my child, which really surprised me. The doctor’s attitude made the overall experience unacceptable. I would not return.
