Nathan was hands down one of the BEST salesman I’ve ever experienced. He made me actually want to purchase the car, not only because I like the vehicle but also so he gets the commission for it. What difference does a great customer service make!! We wanted to buy another Japanese car across this store but ended up buying our new 2026 MDX, largely due to customer service and of course pricing. Staff at Acura is knowledgeable and super friendly, service is amazing and pricing is perfect. Special call out to Branda Wu for her patience in spending ~3 hours explaining trim levels, pricing structure and test driving etc. Also great customer experience with Gary, Tony in sales and Syed in finance. Excellent team in every dept. and highly recommended. Do visit them in person as online shopping is far different than meeting Acura team in person.

Mr Matt was excellent from when I called to make sure it was opened on Easter to helping me find the car and color and interior color of the car. Also letting me test drive the car. The car I wanted wasn’t there but he made sure it got delivered the next day so I can take it home. Hes nicest person in the world im very grateful it was him that help me out on getting my new car. Thank you Matt I appreciate your work!!

We had a great experience purchasing our brand-new car today. Our salesman Chuy was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He answered all of our questions, made sure we understood our options, and never made us feel pressured. The buying process was smooth and straightforward and we really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. Me and My Husband were very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. He also sp spoke Spanish.
