I have had the pleasure of working with Abhi in the last few years , he has helped me with both buying and selling my home. He has a very good understanding of the Bay Area market .At the time of buying he really took effort to understand my requirements and showed me homes accordingly. Because of him ,I was able to buy my dream home ! I was so proud when everyone who visited, complimented that my home was so beautiful! When circumstances arrived in my life when I had to sell my beautiful home and could not be in the country as well, I completely delegated the task to Abhi, and Abhi did not disappoint , he took care of the task with utmost responsibility. He kept me posted with upcoming milestones with constant communication. He navigated challenges with concrete strategy, marketed the home hard with a multi-channel strategy, conducted a strong exciting Open House weekend and got the home in contract in just that 1 weekend.
