Brought my car in after it acting up, shaking, and making a weird noise upon hitting gas , unable to go more than 30. The team diagnosed it as a plug issue. They replaced the spark plugs in time, and the engine noise completely disappeared. I'm really impressed with how knowledgeable they are. It sounds and drove like a brand-new car. Very satisfied with the service and will definitely return. They stood by their work and made sure everything was perfect. Great customer service and dedication to getting it right

Very bad experience Don't go there anymore. They will make up unnecessary problems just to get money out of us. I did the wheel alignment, but after driving for just two weeks, the tires started wearing out from the sides. They charged me an extra $175 today, saying something needed to be fixed. While I was standing there waiting for them to fix it, two other people came back to complain about the poor maintenance work they had done. I'm never going back there. They are just money-minded people. I was so frustrated that I just couldn't hold back my reaction.

We have used A1 Auto several times for servicing our Mercedes, and have always had excellent service in all regards!

Installed a new a/c system. Once I left I smelled something burning. He told me that is normal to come back if it persists. I did. I was told the coolant system needs to be replaced. $$$ I went to a different auto shop, and they showed me that when A1 went through the parts to replace A/C, they left the caps off. Went with my new auto shop, for much cheaper price. I don’t like feeling I’ve been swindled with.
