I recently bought a car for my son and was very satisfied with both the service and the vehicle. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and reassuring. When I picked up the car, I noticed the windshield was cracked. He addressed it immediately and had it fixed that same day at his own expense, which I really appreciated. That level of accountability and customer service says a lot. I’m very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend him to others.

I’ve dealt with other used car lots in Fremont and this one’s different. Humset Ali was upfront gave me a good price for my trade and kept it casual the whole time. I’d recommend 81 Auto to anyone who wants a fair deal without the big dealership hassle.

Bought a 2009 corvette, he told me originally the car had a oil leak which he thought was from the oil filter, turned out to be from the oil cooler line assembly, after fixing and replacing that the car had throttle body issues, I reached out multiple times, and although it seemed he tried to help he never actually did, never gave me any helpful insight or places to go or any type of compensation. In total I’ve spent about $1000 in repairs. The deal was ok wasn’t even that great of a deal, I get this is a business but don’t try to cut Corners to make a profit. make sure the car is at least safe to drive for longer then a couple of weeks. Just discovered some new problems, you can say some of this stuff is my fault for not checking everything thoroughly but I had trust in Philip, which unfortunately that was my first mistake, if your gonna buy a car here make sure you thoroughly inspect it before buying, they may try to rip you off

Just bought our second car for 81 Auto. Like the first transaction, it was seamless, for a good price and I felt no pressure at any point. When we went to CarMax we did not have the same feeling. We got a reliable car that our mechanic found on issues with. We recommend them for any future purchase. Thanks!

Great experience I recently purchased a 2010 BMW 335i from 81Auto and had a wonderful experience with both Philip and Hamza. Saw the car posted for sale and was able to schedule an appointment to come test drive it the next day very easily. Purchased the car and had an engine light come on during my drive home, called Hamza and Philip and they let me bring the car back and got it fixed for me with no issues. After the first fix, same problem happened on my drive home, and again they took care of it for me again no questions asked. Throughout the whole process of the car getting fixed they kept me updated on the car and also ensured me the option of opting out of the buy if I no longer wanted the car due to the issues/if I was unhappy which I greatly appreciated. I have been driving the car for a bit over a month now with no issues at all and the car is running great. Needless to say I am very happy with my experience and purchase.
