I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and basic professionalism at this location. Over the past week, my family has had two separate interactions with a cashier who demonstrated rude behavior and zero customer service ethics. First, I was here with my underage daughter. When she accidentally pulled her card out a moment too early during payment, causing a brief error, the cashier gave her a glaring, rude look. When she ran the card again, he was visibly shaking his head in annoyance—mind you, there was no line behind us, and it took seconds to correct. There is absolutely no reason to act aggressively or try to intimidate a minor over a simple, common mistake. Yesterday, my wife and I visited the store and paid in cash. The same cashier questioned her with an attitude, asking, "Are you sure?" regarding the cash amount, which was completely correct. It felt less like a standard transaction question and more like an uncalled-for judgment. This employee severely lacks training, manners, and basic ethics. Customers—especially young minors—deserve to be treated with respect, not met with attitude and head-shaking. Management needs to address this staff member's behavior immediately. I hope to see better professionalism here in the future.

Typical 7-Eleven that serves old food with pizza hard as a rock sitting for over six hours which is against health code. Trash all over the front of the store. Clerk was too lazy to figure out how to load a GreenDot card so he told me it wasn’t working as they do constantly. Also did not answer the phone when I called for skating a mile from the train station to load my Green Dot card. Most 7-Eleven’s have customer service like this nowadays and it is a disgrace.

They are so rude in this 7 eleven, they will call the police on you for asking how much something cost, because they change prices a lot. Depends who be there for the day.

Haven't been here in years. Husband used to always get stared at as if he was gonna steal. Racial profiling for sure. It was always same guy in the morning. He had a turben, and beard I believe. Would never lay eyes off us untill we reached the counter. Even once he mumbled something under his breath in a different language. Hopefully he dont work there no more. Like said havent gone back since. He worked morning shift

The night worker at this site never wears a mask and does not tell customers to put any on. The store is very disorganized and i almost fell because they had product all over the floor they had not stocked yet. They are also very unsanitary because they cook food behind the counter were the employees feel they dont need to mask up, so order food at your own risk
