Just your average 7-eleven but I've visited this place often for about 2 years and they still dont fix their restroom. Its got a putried smell due to bad plumbing. That give me an ick as to how the rest of the place is being handled, specially the food.

WARNING ⚠️ Four days after using this ATM at a local 7-11, my account was robbed of $200+300=$500 total, which was basically all that was in there in such large increments (ie, if I had more in there in those amounts, they would have gotten that too!) My debit card had to be cancelled, and I now have the inconvenience of denying legitimate charges, while I wait for replacement cards. I was unaware that 7-11 ATMs are notorious for thieves attaching a card reader above the actual reader, and dropping ppls' card info into a database, later used to make ATM withdrawals. This showed up in my account as "CITIZENS EQUITY FIRST CU BRANHAM" just like that, in all caps. I informed the 7-11 employees and they said they'd escalate the issue. My credit union is also investigating. I just pray my funds will be returned, unprovissionally. I don't want this to happen to you, so please be aware that when you stick your card into a card-reader (vs wave), this has the potential of happening.

Ive been coming here since I was a kid and he "closes early" not once, twice or three times but more. He claims this 711 is not 24-7 which it is. HE NEVER WEARS A MASK. "Closes" at random times. Doesnt say one word when checking out. Please fire this guy. Anyone is better than him.

Store inventory was limited in options. Rude maskless cashier in late teens-early 20s gave me a stink eye when I entered at around 2:30AM and tried to OVERCHARGE me by scanning an empty coffee cup he grabbed from the coffee aisle when he left the cash register. He noticed that I was on high alert and had situational awareness when I was looking at the price on the credit card pad screen and rescan my items for the actual price. Never coming back.

Bad customer service and not very sanitary. We tried to use a bogo free slurpee day promo but the cashier said that he needed a barcode to scan, so we started to look for it online. While we were looking for it he rudely clicks his tongue and tell us to hurry up as if there was anyone else in line. We weren't able to find the code so we ended up buying it as we already had filled the cups. While the credit card was processing he tells us that we "should go read the fine print and study it online before entering the store." In a egotistical tone. Would not visit this location again.
