I stopped by this 7 Eleven near my wife aunt place to use my rewards. I had a TMobile Tuesday award for the large big glup and also a hot dog. So I came this morning to use it before it expires. I found parking easily when I came and there was no loitering people in the front. I asked the cashier if I could use both my rewards at once and he said yes. He went to prepare my hot dog and I went to fill up the large big glup cup with coca cola. You can put your own toppings on the hot dog but I didn't. I filled my soda up all the way to the top and it was delicious. The cashier just scanned by barcode on the 7 Eleven app and that was it. My hot dog was alright and I loved my soda. This location also has a gas station.

I stop by there regularly for coffee and a donut. The place is well kept and very clean. I was disappointed when they went away from using carafes for the coffee and now use bulk dispensers. The coffee does not taste as good. I finally decided to get gas there so I could use my saved points as a discount. Gas pumps are ridiculously awful. Most buttons do not work. I finally got one I could get gas out of in the third try, and even got the discount by using my points. All of that was wasted. First of all the pump is extremely slow. It took about 20 minutes to dispense 10 gallons. Then the pump did not shut off automatically. Since it was raining, there were puddles of water on the ground so I did not notice that the gas was actually pouring out onto the ground. Did I say pouring? I meant dripping, because it dispensed so slowly which made it even tougher to tell that my tank was full. In the end, my discount was worthless and I actually lost money.

Extremely disappointed in the way the owners at this location handle basic communication. I tried to bring up a simple concern and was met with defensiveness, conflicting information, and zero willingness to work together. They mentioned being in customer service for over 20 years—but based on how they spoke to me, you wouldn’t know it. Instead of listening or finding a solution, they made it clear they weren’t interested in helping or even being respectful. If you value professionalism and people who actually understand customer service, this location misses the mark completely.

I stop in every morning for a sandwich, muffin and coffee before work. Binder is a great guy. Also stop every day after work for cigarettes, beer and a big gulp for the wife. Won't anymore. After work that is. New lady named phreet is rude. Paid for a bag for my purchases, she tosses the bag on the counter then turns around to continue her conversation on the phone. Not the first time. When ur phone is more important than ur customer service I will go down the street. My afternoon purchases are now made 3 blocks away at another store.
