I’ve been going to the 24 Hour Fitness in Automall for a while now, and the decline in cleanliness and professionalism is hard to ignore. At 3 AM, you’d expect a gym to be quiet and organized, but instead, the front desk often looks like a break room. Staff member are sitting around having a full-on feast with a group of “members” who seem more interested in socializing than working out. Meanwhile, the actual gym floor is a mess — weights scattered everywhere, trip hazards around every corner. The restrooms are consistently filthy — trash overflowing, dirty floors, and broken fixtures. It’s clear that cleaning and maintenance are not a priority here. Most of the cable machines have been out of order for months, with no signs of repair. This is completely unacceptable for a gym that charges monthly membership fees. The only reason I still go here is because I work out at 2 AM and there are no other gyms open in my area at that time. If there were, I’d leave this place without hesitation. And before 24 Hour Fitness responds with the usual “Please reach out to us so we can address your concerns” — don’t bother. That’s been said before, and nothing gets done. In most cases, you won’t even get a follow-up response. This location needs serious management attention. Until they address the cleanliness, enforce gym etiquette, and fix their equipment, I can’t recommend it to anyone who’s actually looking for a place to work out.

Affordable gym. Equipment is quite poor. - No clips for barbells unless you ask for them - Will need to walk around to look for 5lb plates - Dumbbells are scattered across the gym - Some plates don’t even fit onto the barbell - Bathrooms are dirty - Water fountain filter light is broken

I’ve had a great experience at 24 Hour Fitness! The gym is clean, well-equipped, and has a positive environment that keeps me motivated. Nate was incredibly helpful throughout the joining process and made everything easy and comfortable. He encouraged me to start my fitness journey, and thanks to his support, I’ve been working toward becoming healthier and feeling better every day.

I have been a member of 24 Hour Fitness for some time, but the maintenance of the facility has been disappointing. The steam room has not been working for a long period, and every time I ask about it, I am told that it is under repair. Unfortunately, there never seems to be any progress or clear timeline for when it will be fixed. In addition, several pieces of gym equipment are broken or out of service, which affects the overall workout experience. Members pay for access to these amenities and equipment, so it is frustrating to see ongoing maintenance issues without resolution. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves the upkeep of the facility.
