I joined 1st United Credit Union over 45 years ago and have always received excellence in service and customer support. 1st United Credit Union offers a variety of loans with interest rates that are almost unbeatable. Today, I stopped by the Fremont branch and received customer service from Armfre and Manuel that it is second to none, they were very knowledgeable, professional, helpful, courteous and went the extra mile to make sure that I got first class customer service and support. I highly recommend 1st United Credit Union, in particular the Fremont branch.

I love their customer service. Renata, was so professional and kind.. was able to help me establish a link between my Wells Fargo and my bank where I've had this account for at least 2 years and none of the other employees had offer at one-on-one help like that!
