Fremont City Council to Consider City Charter Ballot Proposal

Fremont residents may soon be asked to vote on a proposed change to the city’s form of local government.

The Fremont City Council is scheduled to hold a special meeting on July 28, 2026, to decide whether a proposed city charter should be presented to voters during the November 3 election.
